A free, lightweight ffmpeg-based toolset that converts videos, gifs and image sequences in one click.
Artists should not need a terminal to convert an image sequence. Offspring wraps ffmpeg in a drop-target the size of a postage stamp: drag files in, get the format you actually need back in seconds.
Small tool, sharp edges
Most of the work here was restraint — deciding what the tool refuses to do. No queues, no settings labyrinth, no watermarks. Just the six conversions that cover ninety percent of a working artist’s day.
